Supporting the small business owners within the heiter community has always been an important part of our work here at heiter magazine. This year we’re trying to help by offering Heiter (or Anti-Overwhelm) Business Sessions for them.

The sessions are run by business coaches and experts that assist you in reducing the noise out there and focusing on what’s important in running your business: your well-being and skills.

This online session, that is run on the 20th of July at 10.30AM BST | 11.30AM CET by Online Shop Mentor Jo at Firain is about strategies that feel “heiter” (that is the German word for cheerful/joyful) when selling online.

The world of selling online can feel noisy and aggressive. Jo at Firain will share ideas for developing eCommerce businesses that feel more gentle, and won't drain us along the way.

The one-hour workshop will be in three parts, with a blend of journalling prompts, practical ideas, and time for questions as a group.

We'll consider how to connect with our customers (without trying to appeal to everyone); how to use the small size of our businesses to our advantage when making decisions, and creative ways to stand out as a small online shop.

We all have different experiences with selling online, so Jo will welcome your stories and ideas, too.

You will receive a zoom link to attend the session a few days prior to the event (via email). There will also be a replay available for all ticket holders (including those of you who cannot make it live).
