Begin with coffee or tea, then settle in for an inspiring panel on well-being and the feeling of home within yourself — featuring cookbook author Alissa Timoshkina, artist Laura Gee and heiter founder Katharina Geissler-Evans. The panel will be led by writer and PR consultant Lyndsay Kaldor.

During the panel talk, you will have the chance to try one of Alissa’s self-care recipe, and Laura will guide you through a couple of calming art techniques.

Afterwards, enjoy breakfast treats, conversation, and community — plus a special heiter goodie bag to take home.
