Join us in Edinburgh for a very special evening with cookbook author Alissa Timoshkina, celebrating the official launch of her new book, Lozhka.

On 29 October 2026, we’ll come together with our friends at La Cîme for an intimate evening of conversation, food and connection around one big table.

The evening will begin at 6pm with an aperitif and welcome drink, followed by a Q&A with Alissa, moderated by heiter founder & editor-in-chief Katharina Geissler-Evans. You’ll then sit down for a four-course shared meal, cooked by La Cîme’s Anne and featuring recipes from the newly published Lozhka, with Alissa joining you at the table.

With just 12 guests around the table, this will be a relaxed and personal evening, offering the opportunity to meet Alissa, hear more about her new book and enjoy some of its recipes in good company.

Your ticket includes:

- an aperitif + welcome drink

- a Q&A with Alissa, moderated by Katharina Geissler-Evans

- a four-course shared meal cooked by Anne from La Cîme, including starter, main dish & dessert

- a copy of heiter’s recently launched Blooming issue

There will also be the opportunity to get your copy of Lozhka signed by Alissa. If you don’t have a copy yet, you’ll be able to purchase one and take it home with you.
